Chill beverages
Ensure cans or bottles of Coke, Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Sprite, and Barq's Root Beer have been refrigerated for at least 2 hours or chilled in an ice bath for 20–30 minutes until cold (about 38–45°F / 3–7°C).

Prepare serving station
Place clean glasses or disposable cups on the station. Fill a pitcher or ice bin with ice. Cut lemon into wedges if offering garnish.

Fill glass with ice
Place 1 cup (or enough to reach about 2/3 of the glass) of ice into the glass or cup. Adjust ice quantity for guest preference.

Open beverage
Open the chosen can or bottle carefully to avoid excessive fizz. If using a bottle, hold upright and twist cap slowly; if using a can, lift the tab gently.

Pour drink
Pour the chilled soft drink over the ice, tipping the glass slightly and pouring along the inside to minimize foam. Stop when glass is about 3/4 to 1 inch from the top to allow carbonation and prevent spillover.

Garnish & serve
If desired, place 1 lemon wedge on the rim or drop into the drink for Sprite or cola. Add a straw if requested. Present to the guest immediately so the drink remains cold and fizzy.

Keep unopened cans or bottles refrigerated until use. If left at room temperature after opening, consume within 24 hours and refrigerate if possible. Discard any drink that smells or tastes off.
