Preparation of Fruits
- 1
Prepare the Papaya
Cut the papaya in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and then use a spoon to scoop the flesh into bite-sized cubes.
- 2
Prepare the Pineapple
Remove the top and bottom of the pineapple, stand it upright, and carefully slice down the sides to remove the skin. Cut the pineapple into quarters, remove the core, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Prepare the Mango
Peel the mango and slice the flesh away from the pit. Cut the mango into small cubes.
- 4
Prepare the Strawberries
Rinse the strawberries under cold water, remove the green tops, and slice them in half.
Assembling the Fruit Bowl
- 5
Combine the Fruits
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed papaya, pineapple pieces, mango cubes, and halved strawberries. Toss gently to mix the fruits.
- 6
Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and chopped mint leaves until well combined. Then gently mix in the poppyseed vinaigrette.
- 7
Dress the Fruit
Drizzle the dressing over the mixed fruits and toss gently to ensure all the fruits are coated evenly.
