In a food processor, combine the canned white beans, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and water.

  2. 2

    Process Until Smooth

Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If needed, add more water to achieve desired consistency.

  3. 3

    Adjust Seasoning

Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt or lemon juice if desired.

Marinated Feta Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Feta

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and place in a bowl.

  2. 5

    Make the Marinade

In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.

  3. 6

    Combine Feta and Marinade

Pour the marinade over the feta cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Remove stems and seeds from dried chilies. Soak them in hot water for about 15 minutes until softened.

  5. 14

    Bake the Crackers

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.
