Espresso Concentrate
Espresso Martini
Method
Espresso Concentrate Preparation
- 1
Prepare Espresso Concentrate
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 1 cup of coarsely ground espresso coffee beans. Stir gently and let steep for 15 minutes.
- 2
Strain the Espresso Concentrate
After steeping, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter to separate the liquid from the coffee grounds. Allow the concentrate to cool down and store it in the fridge until ready to use.
