Frittata Preparation

Cook the Chorizo
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chorizo and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Break it up with a spatula as it cooks.

Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.

Add Cheese and Finish Cooking
Sprinkle the grated white cheddar cheese on top. Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.

Cool and Serve
Once cooked, remove the frittata from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Hot Pepper Aioli Preparation

Mix the Aioli Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Stir until well blended.

Adjust to Taste
Taste the aioli and adjust the hot pepper sauce according to your spice preference. Mix again.
