For the Flatbread

Method

Flatbread Preparation

1

Activate Yeast

In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

2

Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the olive oil and the activated yeast mixture.

3

Knead the Dough

Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4

Rise the Dough

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

5

Shape and Grill

After rising, punch down the dough and divide into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a flat round shape. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.

Dip Preparation

6

Prepare Tzatziki

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumbers, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Set aside.

7

Prepare Roasted Red Pepper Dip

In another bowl, mix chopped roasted red peppers, crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste until well combined.
