Bread Preparation

1

Prepare the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. Add mashed potatoes, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.

2

Knead the Dough

Gradually add the flour, 1 cup at a time, until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

3

First Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.

4

Shape the Rolls

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking dish, leaving space between each.

5

Second Rise

Cover the shaped rolls with a cloth and let them rise for another 30-45 minutes until puffed.

6

Bake the Rolls

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
