In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and chopped dill. Mix well.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the grilled salmon with lemon slices and additional fresh dill on top.
