1. Preheat the Oven

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.

4. Season the Ribs
Rub the spice mix all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
5. Wrap and Bake
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
6. Glaze with Sauce
After baking, remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them. Brush the barbecue sauce generously over the ribs.
7. Broil for Crispiness
Place the ribs under the broiler for about 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.
8. Serve
