Lettuce Wraps

Method

Prepare the Chicken

1

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil. Add the chicken breast and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.

Prepare the Wraps

3

Prepare Lettuce Cups

Carefully separate the iceberg lettuce leaves, keeping them whole to form cups. Rinse and pat dry.

4

Fry Wontons

In a small pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the crispy wonton wrappers until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Wraps

5

Assemble Ingredients

In each lettuce cup, place a few slices of the grilled gochujang chicken. Drizzle with wasabi ginger aioli, Thai peanut sauce, and spicy Szechuan sauce. Top with crispy wonton pieces and sliced green onions.

6

Serve

Serve immediately while the chicken is warm and the wraps are crispy.
