Preparation
Mixing the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine Bacardi tropical rum, Passoa passion fruit liqueur, diced mango, diced pineapple, lime juice, and coconut cream. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Straining
Strain the mixture into a large bowl or punch bowl filled with ice.
Adding Sparkle
Top the mixture with sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
Garnishing
Add a couple of dashes of pineapple star anise bitters on top and garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
