Dumpling and Bisque Ingredients

Method

Preparation Steps

1

Make the Dumpling Filling

In a bowl, mix the Alaskan King Crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, minced garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

2

Assemble the Dumplings

Place a small spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle, and press to seal. Repeat until all the filling is used.

3

Prepare the Lobster Bisque

In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add lobster stock and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4

Cook the Dumplings

In a large pot of boiling water, cook the dumplings in batches for about 3-4 minutes or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.

5

Plate the Dish

Ladle the lobster bisque into bowls, place a few dumplings in each bowl, and garnish with ikura, lemon zest, and a drizzle of olive oil.
