Directions

1

Prepare the Glass

Begin by chilling your cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

2

Combine the Ingredients

In a mixing glass, add 1 oz of gin, 1 oz of Carpano Antica Formula vermouth, and 1 oz of Campari.

3

Add Ice

Fill the mixing glass with ice, ensuring the ingredients are adequately chilled.

4

Stir the Mixture

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

5

Strain into Glass

Discard the ice water from your chilled cocktail glass. Use a strainer to pour the mixed drink into the glass.

6

Garnish the Cocktail

Express the oils from a piece of orange peel over the drink and then drop it into the glass as a garnish.

7

Serve

Your Negroni is now ready to serve. Enjoy responsibly!
