Method
Preparation
Make the Crepe Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and sugar until smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine orange juice, orange zest, sugar, and butter over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly. Add Grand Marnier and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the Crepes
Fold the cooked crepes into quarters and arrange them in the saucepan with the orange sauce. Let them soak in the sauce for a minute, then serve warm with additional sauce drizzled on top.
