premium angus brisket (thinly sliced)
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and sugar. Add the thinly sliced Angus brisket and mix well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated brisket slices in a single layer. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
Remove the brisket from the heat and place on a serving platter. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
