Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper until well combined.

2

Marinate the Ribs

Place the pork ribs in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

3

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

4

Bake the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Reserve the marinade. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.

5

Glaze the Ribs

After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top layer of foil. Brush the reserved marinade over the ribs and return them to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes. Baste the ribs with the marinade every 10 minutes.

6

Garnish and Serve

Once the ribs are caramelized and sticky, remove them from the oven. Sprinkle with chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
