1. Prepare the Limoncello Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine Limoncello, granulated sugar, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

2. Swirl the Gelato

In a large mixing bowl, scoop the lemon gelato. Gently swirl in the cooled Limoncello sauce, being careful not to completely blend it - you want to create a marbled effect.

3. Serve

Scoop the swirled lemon gelato into chilled flute glasses. Drizzle additional Limoncello sauce on top if desired. Serve immediately.
