1

Prepare glass

Choose a highball or large wine glass. Fill the glass about three-quarters full with large ice cubes (approximately 6 large cubes). Using large cubes helps keep dilution low and maintains temperature.

2

Add gin

Measure 2 oz Malfy Rosa Pink Grapefruit Gin and pour it gently over the ice so it chills quickly without excessive agitation.

3

Top with tonic

Slowly pour 4 oz Double Dutch India Tonic Water down the side of the glass or over a bar spoon to preserve carbonation. Pour gently until the glass is nearly full, leaving a small gap to avoid spills.

4

Light stir

Use a long bar spoon to give 1–2 gentle, slow turns to integrate gin and tonic without flattening the tonic's bubbles.

5

Garnish

Garnish with one fresh pink grapefruit slice placed on the rim or floated on top. Optionally express oils from a grapefruit twist over the drink and drop it in for extra aroma.

6

Serve

Serve immediately while cold and effervescent. Provide a straw if preferred. Recommend enjoying as a single serving.
