Cocktail

Method

Cocktail

1

Muddle cucumber

Place 2 cucumber slices in a shaker. Gently muddle 6–8 times to release fresh cucumber juice and aroma; avoid over-muddling to prevent bitterness.

2

Add spirits and citrus

Add Patrón Silver tequila (2 oz), Limoncè limoncello (0.75 oz), elderflower liqueur (0.5 oz), and the fresh citrus blend (0.75 oz total — 0.4 oz lime + 0.35 oz lemon, or adjust to taste) into the shaker.

3

Add sweetener (optional)

If you prefer a slightly sweeter cocktail, add simple syrup (0.25 oz). This step is optional depending on the sweetness of the limoncello and personal preference.

4

Shake with ice

Add a generous handful of cubed ice to the shaker (about 1 cup). Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled.

5

Double-strain into glass

Double-strain the contents into a highball or Collins glass filled with fresh ice (use fine mesh to catch cucumber bits).

6

Top with soda

Top the drink with chilled soda water (about 2 oz) to give a light effervescence. Gently stir once to combine.

Garnish & Serve

7

Thread the remaining 1 cucumber slice onto the rim or float it on top. Add a citrus wheel or a long twist of lemon or lime on the rim for aroma. Optionally slap the citrus between your hands and rub the peel around the glass rim before garnishing to release oils.

8

Serve immediately with a straw. Enjoy chilled.
