In a large pitcher (2–3 liters), add the sliced peaches, nectarine slices and halved lychees. Pour in the peach-infused whiskey and lychee liqueur, gently stir to coat the fruit, and let macerate at room temperature for 20–30 minutes to allow flavors to begin melding.

Combine alcohol and fruit

After maceration, pour the dry white wine into the pitcher. Add the peach syrup and fresh lemon juice. Stir thoroughly to combine so the syrup and citrus disperse evenly throughout the sangria.

Add wine and syrup

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 12 hours. Longer resting (up to overnight) deepens the fruit flavor; if chilling longer than 4 hours, check sweetness and acidity and adjust with more peach syrup or lemon juice if needed.

When ready to serve, taste the sangria and adjust: add up to 30 ml more peach syrup for sweetness or 10–15 ml more lemon juice for brightness as desired.

Fill individual glasses with 1/2 cup crushed or cubed ice (about 3/4–1 cup per glass depending on preference). Add a generous portion of the macerated fruit to each glass (about 1/4 cup fruit).

Ladle sangria into glasses, filling to about 3/4 full. If you prefer a lightly effervescent sangria, top each glass with chilled club soda or sparkling water (about 60–90 ml per glass) or pour the desired amount into the pitcher and stir gently to combine.

Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a mint sprig if using. Serve immediately.
