Prepare the Wild Game
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground wild game meat and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Season the Meat
Stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through.
Assemble the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips evenly. Top with the seasoned wild game meat, black beans, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Add Toppings
Remove the nachos from the oven and top with jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and fresh cilantro.
Serve
Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your wild game nachos!
