Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Take a rocks glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.
Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Clontarf Irish Whiskey and 0.5 oz of Guinness Stout syrup.
Stir
Add ice cubes to the mixing glass and stir gently for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
Serving
Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the rocks glass and strain the mixed drink into the chilled glass.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of orange peel and a maraschino cherry.
