Bloody Mary Mix

Method

Preparing the Bloody Mary Mix

1

Mix the Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, horseradish, olive brine, and pickle juice. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.

2

Chill the Mix

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.

3

Prepare the Garnishes

While the mix is chilling, prepare the garnishes by washing the parsley, cutting the celery stalk to desired length, and slicing the lemon into wedges.

Cooking the Irish Bacon

4

Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Irish bacon slices until crispy and browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

5

Prepare to Serve

Once the bacon is cooked and drained, arrange the slices on a serving plate. Top each slice with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.

Serving the Maryland Mary

6

Serve the Drink

Fill a glass with ice, pour the chilled Bloody Mary mix over the ice, and garnish with fresh parsley, celery stalk, and lemon wedge.

7

Pair with Irish Bacon

Serve the Maryland Mary alongside the Irish bacon topped with whipped cream for a delicious brunch treat.
