Preparation

1. Chill the Glass

Place your whiskey glass in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes to chill.

2. Prepare Ice

Fill a mixing glass with ice to chill the whiskey.

Mixing

3. Pour Whiskey

Once the glass is chilled, remove it from the freezer. Pour 2 oz of Connemara Single Malt whiskey over the ice in the mixing glass.

4. Stir

Gently stir the whiskey with the ice for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute slightly.

Serving

5. Strain into Glass

Using a strainer, pour the chilled whiskey from the mixing glass into the chilled whiskey glass.

6. Garnish (Optional)

Add a lemon twist and mint leaves for garnish if desired.
