Preparation and Cooking
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Rub the pork ribs with your favorite dry rub and let them sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Smoke the Ribs
Place the ribs in the smoker bone side down. Smoke for about 4-5 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone easily.
Cook the Brisket
While the ribs are smoking, season the brisket with salt and pepper. Place it in the smoker with the ribs and cook for about 6-8 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C).
Cook the Kielbasa
Add the kielbasa sausage to the smoker during the last hour of cooking for the ribs. This will allow it to absorb some of the smoky flavor.
Serve
Once all the meats are cooked, remove them from the smoker and let them rest for 10-15 minutes. Cut the ribs, slice the brisket, and serve the chicken whole. Enjoy your Frontier Combo!
