Brisket Burnt Ends
Method
Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Brisket
Trim excess fat from the brisket and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
Season the Cubes
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the brisket cubes in olive oil and then coat them with the seasoning mixture.
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat (about 300°F).
Grill the Burnt Ends
Place the seasoned brisket cubes onto the grill. Cook for about 1 hour, turning occasionally, until they develop a nice crust.
Add BBQ Sauce
Remove the cubes from the grill and place them in a large bowl. Pour the Sweet-n-Spicy BBQ sauce over the burnt ends and toss to coat evenly.
Finish Cooking
Return the sauced burnt ends to the grill and cook for an additional 30 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize.
Serve
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Brisket Burnt Ends Dinner Plate!
