Cocktail Preparation
Mix Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Espolón tequila, 400 Conejos mezcal, vanilla simple syrup, and chocolate bitters.
Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with a large ice cube.
Garnishing
Prepare the Garnish
In a small bowl, crush the graham cereal into fine crumbs.
Garnish the Cocktail
Skewer the large marshmallow and lightly toast it over an open flame, if desired. Once toasted, place it on top of the cocktail, and sprinkle the crushed graham cereal over the marshmallow for garnish.
