Ensure the Inniskillin Vidal Ice Wine is well chilled before serving. Ideal serving temperature is 6–10°C (43–50°F). If the bottle is at room temperature, chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in an ice bucket for 15–20 minutes.

Offer a biscotti or butter cookie on the side for additional texture and a simple, pleasant pairing.

Present the glass on a small saucer. Serve the 2 oz pour with any chosen accompaniments. Encourage tasting the wine in small sips to appreciate concentrated flavors—honeysuckle, apricot, tropical fruit, and balanced acidity typical of Vidal ice wine.

Store any remaining bottle upright in the refrigerator and consume within 1–2 weeks for best quality once opened.
