Cocktail

1

Measure

Using a jigger or measuring cup, measure 1 cup Sobrii Non‑Alcoholic Gin, 1 cup NOA Non‑Alcoholic Rosso Vermouth, and 1 cup NOA Non‑Alcoholic Orange Bitter. This recipe makes roughly four 3‑4 oz servings (see servings). For a single serving, use 1 oz of each component (1:1:1 ratio).

2

Add to mixing glass

Pour the measured Sobrii Gin, NOA Rosso Vermouth and NOA Orange Bitter into a large mixing glass or chilled mixing tin.

3

Add ice

Fill the mixing glass with large ice cubes until nearly full. Larger ice melts more slowly and keeps dilution controlled.

4

Stir

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture for 20–30 seconds (about 15–20 full spoon rotations), until the outside of the mixing glass feels cold and the drink is lightly diluted (roughly 15–20% volume dilution depending on ice). Stirring gently chills and integrates the components without over‑aerating.

5

Prepare glasses

Place one large ice cube or 2–3 fresh large cubes into each rocks glass. If desired, chill the glasses briefly before serving.

6

Strain

Using a Hawthorne or fine strainer, double‑strain or pour the stirred mixture from the mixing glass into the prepared rocks glasses over the fresh ice, distributing evenly (about 3–4 oz per glass).

7

Garnish and express

Take an orange peel and hold it skin side down over the glass. Give it a sharp twist to express the essential oils over the surface of the cocktail, then rub the peel around the rim and drop it into the drink. Optionally add an orange wheel on the rim.

8

Serve

Serve immediately while cold. Advise guests that this is a non‑alcoholic Negroni style cocktail with the classic bitter‑sweet balance and an orange aroma.

Optional / Adjustments

9

Single serving adjustment: For one serving, use 1 oz (30 ml) Sobrii Gin, 1 oz NOA Rosso, 1 oz NOA Orange Bitter. Stir with ice 20–30 seconds and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

10

Sweeter or drier: To soften bitterness, add 1/4–1/2 tsp simple syrup per serving. To make drier, reduce the NOA Orange Bitter by 1/4 oz (7–10 ml) per serving.

11

Aromatic variation: Flame an orange peel briefly (optional, exercise caution) before expressing oils to add a smoky orange note. Alternatively, add a dash of non‑alcoholic aromatic bitters if desired.
