1

Chill glass

Place a coupe or stemmed glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the other components; discard ice water just before pouring.

2

Build base in shaker

In a cocktail shaker, add the Seedlip Garden 108 (2 oz), fresh lemon juice (0.5 oz), and simple syrup (0.25 oz). Add 4 ice cubes to the shaker.

3

Shake and chill

Vigorously shake the mixture for 10–12 seconds until well chilled (shaker becomes cold and slightly frosty).

4

Strain

Double strain the chilled mixture into the pre‑chilled coupe or stemmed glass to remove ice shards and any pulp. Pour slowly to leave room for sorbet and sparkling wine.

5

Add sorbet

Using a small scoop or spoon, gently place two scoops of lemon sorbet into the glass on top of the strained base. The sorbet will float and begin to chill the cocktail further.

6

Top with sparkling wine

Carefully top the glass with 4 oz of well‑chilled non‑alcoholic sparkling wine, pouring slowly to avoid excessive foaming. The sparkling wine will create a light, effervescent foam around the sorbet.

7

Garnish and serve

Finish with an edible flower or a lemon twist placed atop the sorbet. Serve immediately with a small spoon or straw so the guest can stir the sorbet into the drink as they sip.
