Bottle

Method

Prepare bottle

1

Chill the 750 ml San Pellegrino bottle in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. For quicker chilling, place the bottle in an ice bath for 15–20 minutes.

2

Check the bottle for any damage or swell; discard if the seal is broken or the bottle is compromised.

Serve

3

Open

Hold the chilled bottle upright. Unscrew the cap slowly to release pressure gradually and avoid splashing. Pour gently.

4

Optional: Serve on ice

If serving over ice, place about 1/2 cup of fresh ice into a chilled glass. Pour the sparkling water slowly down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation.

5

Optional: Garnish

Add 1–2 lemon or lime wedges on the rim or squeeze a wedge into the glass if desired. Stir gently once; avoid vigorous stirring to retain effervescence.

6

Replace cap if there is remaining water and store upright in the refrigerator to preserve bubbles. Consume remaining contents within 2–3 days for best carbonation and flavor.
