Place the pint glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes or fill it with cold water and ice for 3–5 minutes, then discard the ice water. A properly chilled glass keeps the golden ale crisp and preserves carbonation.

If using a lemon twist: cut a 1/2-inch wide twist from fresh lemon peel, express the oils by holding over the glass and giving a quick twist, then drop it in or rest on the rim. This will add a subtle citrus accent that complements the beer’s hop bite.

If using a lemon wheel: make a small slit and place the wheel on the rim for easy removal by the drinker.

Serve immediately while cold. Recommend pairing with light bar snacks — salted nuts, crispy fries, or a citrus-forward ceviche — to highlight the beer’s toasted and citrus hop notes.
