Prepare the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Make the Tomato Mixture
In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Toast the Bread
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Assemble
Top each toasted baguette slice with the tomato mixture and serve.
Stuffed Mushrooms

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Mushrooms
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems and set aside.

Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
Caprese Skewers

Prepare Ingredients
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drain the mozzarella balls.

Assemble the Skewers
On small skewers or toothpicks, thread a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Drizzle with Balsamic
Arrange skewers on a serving plate and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
