Strawberry Shake

Choose high-quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the Chablis region. Ensure the grapes are at optimal ripeness for the best flavor.

Select Grapes

Crush the selected grapes and separate the juice from the skins. Add the yeast to the juice and allow the mixture to ferment in a cool, controlled environment for approximately 2-3 weeks.

Initial Fermentation

Once the initial fermentation is complete, transfer the wine to a secondary fermentation vessel. Add sugar and sulfites to the wine to aid in the carbonation process.

Secondary Fermentation

After secondary fermentation, carefully bottle the wine under pressure to allow carbonation to develop. Seal with a cork.

Bottle the Wine

Store the bottles in a cool, dark place for at least 12 months to allow the flavors to mature and develop complexity.

Age the Wine

Chill the Crémant de Bourgogne in an ice bucket or refrigerator. Serve in a fluted glass to enhance the drinking experience.
