Place the bottle of Lamberti Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is perfectly chilled.

Once chilled, carefully open the bottle and pour the Prosecco into a flute glass, filling it about two-thirds full to allow for the bubbles to rise.

Dice the cherry tomatoes and mix them with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste in a bowl. Tear the fresh mozzarella into small pieces.

Prepare the Toppings

On each piece of bruschetta, layer some of the tomato mixture, a piece of fresh mozzarella, and a basil leaf. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired.
