Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and slice them in half.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with sugar (if using). Let them sit for about 15 minutes to release their juices.

Gently wash the mint leaves and pat them dry. Set aside for garnish.

In a large pitcher, combine the macerated strawberries along with their juice and pour in the Brut Rosé wine. Stir gently to mix.

Fill wine glasses with the Brut Rosé and strawberry mixture. Garnish each glass with a few mint leaves and a lemon slice.

With Pecorino Romano & a drizzle of basil pesto.
