1. Prepare the Strawberries
Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and slice them in half.
2. Macerate the Strawberries
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with sugar (if using). Let them sit for about 15 minutes to release their juices.
3. Prepare the Mint
Gently wash the mint leaves and pat them dry. Set aside for garnish.
Assembly
4. Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the macerated strawberries along with their juice and pour in the Brut Rosé wine. Stir gently to mix.
5. Serve
