Method
Prepare juices
Chill and check
Ensure all bottled juices are well chilled. If any juice is pulpy (especially orange or grapefruit), decide whether you prefer pulpy texture or want to strain it. If straining, pour those juices through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove large pulp pieces.
Measure
Measure the apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and grapefruit juice into a large measuring cup or directly into a 2-quart (≈2 L) pitcher.
Mixing
Stir the combined juices gently but thoroughly for about 20–30 seconds to fully incorporate flavors. Taste the blend.
Adjust sweetness and acidity: if the mixture tastes too tart from cranberry or grapefruit, add up to 1 teaspoon simple syrup or honey and stir until dissolved. If it needs more brightness, add the fresh lemon or lime juice (start with 1 teaspoon and increase to taste).
