Cooking Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Use about 4 liters of water for 400 grams of bucatini.

Cook Bucatini
Add the bucatini to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually around 9-11 minutes, until al dente.
Making the Sauce

Melt Goat Butter
In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt the goat butter until it is completely melted and begins to foam.

Add Pink Peppercorns
Add the pink peppercorns to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes to release their flavor.

Season the Sauce
Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste, stirring well to combine all flavors.
Combining

Drain Pasta
Once the bucatini is cooked, reserve about 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.

Adjust Consistency
If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water gradually until the desired consistency is reached.

Serve
Plate the bucatini and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Add more pink peppercorns on top if desired, and serve immediately.
