Method

Main Course

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

Place the chicken breasts in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chicken

Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill or bake the chicken for about 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

Side Dish

  1. 4

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the tough ends off the asparagus. Place them in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

  2. 5

    Combine with Cherry Tomatoes

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with asparagus. Toss gently.

  3. 6

    Roast the Vegetables

Spread the asparagus and cherry tomato mixture on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Dessert

  1. 7

    Prepare the Cake Batter

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  2. 8

    Bake the Cake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  3. 9

    Cool and Serve

Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve as a delicious dessert.
