Mixing the Cocktail

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Sirene Aperitif, gin, egg white, prepared strawberries, and fresh lemon juice.

First, perform a dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white and create a frothy texture.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.

Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass to remove any strawberry pulp and ice shards.
