Rosé Spritz
Pink Gin Fizz
Strawberry Rosé Cooler
Method
Rosé Spritz
Build
Fill a wine or large stemmed glass halfway with ice (about 1/2 to 1 cup).
Add 3 oz rosé wine and 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur directly into the glass.
Top with 2 oz club soda and gently stir once to combine without losing carbonation.
Squeeze a 1/4 oz lemon juice over the top, drop in a lemon twist for aroma, and serve immediately.
Pink Gin Fizz
Dry Shake (foam)
Add 1 oz gin, 1/4 oz grenadine, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, 1/4 oz simple syrup and 1/2 oz egg white (or aquafaba) to a cocktail shaker without ice. Seal and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to emulsify and build foam.
Wet Shake
Open the shaker, add 1/2 cup ice, reseal and shake again for 10–15 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
Strain into a chilled Collins or highball glass without ice (for classic fizz presentation) or over fresh ice if preferred.
Top with 1.5 oz club soda poured gently to preserve foam. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve immediately.
Strawberry Rosé Cooler
Place 1 oz strawberry purée, 1 oz vodka, 1 oz rosé, 1/2 oz lime juice and 1/4 oz simple syrup in a shaker with 3/4 cup crushed ice.
Shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds until exterior of the shaker is cold.
Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass filled with crushed ice. If you want a slightly slushier texture, leave a little of the crushed ice in the shaker and pour through.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice on the rim and serve.
