Cold Brew Base

Vanilla Whipped Cream

Garnish (optional)

Method

Cold Brew Base

1

Combine concentrate

In a pitcher, combine 2 cups Stok Cold Brew vanilla concentrate with 1 cup cold water and stir gently until uniform. Taste and adjust dilution: add up to 1/2 cup more water if you prefer a milder brew. Chill in the refrigerator if not already cold.

2

Pour 8 ounces (about 1 cup) of the diluted cold brew into a serving glass filled with ice when ready to assemble the drink.

Milk & Sweetener

3

Sweeten and add milk

In a small measuring cup, combine 1 cup milk with 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup (and the optional 1 tsp simple syrup if you like extra sweetness). Stir or whisk until syrup is fully dissolved. Pour milk mixture over the cold brew in the serving glass, leaving room at the top for whipped cream.

4

Stir gently to combine coffee and milk, creating a uniform iced vanilla milk cold brew.

Vanilla Whipped Cream

5

Chill and whip

Ensure your mixing bowl and whisk/beaters are cold (place in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes). Pour 1 cup heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl. Add 2 teaspoons powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch (1/8 tsp) of salt.

6

Whisk or beat at medium-high speed until soft to medium peaks form (peaks should hold shape but still be slightly billowy). Take care not to overwhip to avoid turning cream to butter.

7

Spoon or pipe a generous layer of the vanilla whipped cream over the assembled cold brew and milk, filling the glass to your preference.

Garnish & Serve

8

Sprinkle a small pinch (about 1/4 tsp) of ground cinnamon or cocoa over the whipped cream for aroma and presentation.

9

Serve immediately with a straw and long spoon. Stir before drinking if you prefer the whipped cream mixed in; otherwise sip through the cream for a richer first few sips.
