    Chop the Fruits

    Core and slice the apple into thin wedges. Peel and slice the kiwi into rounds. Cut the orange and lemon into thin slices.

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large pitcher, combine the sliced apple, kiwi, orange, and lemon. Add the fresh thyme and mint leaves to the pitcher.

Mixing

    Add Wine and Sweetener

    Pour the white wine over the fruits in the pitcher. Add the simple syrup to sweeten the mix.

    Chill the Sangria

    Stir gently to mix all the ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

    Serve with Sparkling Water

    Before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently. Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
