Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Infusing the Lavender

Start by infusing the lavender into the vodka. Combine the vodka and lavender in a small jar, seal it tightly, and let it sit for about 30 minutes. After infusing, strain the mixture to remove the lavender.

  2. 2

    Mixing the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine the infused vodka (2 oz), lemon elixir (1 oz), and Bolivar bitters (2 dashes). Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

  3. 3

    Serving the Drink

Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne (4 oz) and add a single drop of lemon oil on top for aroma.

  4. 4

    Garnishing

For an elegant touch, garnish the drink with a sprig of lavender or a twist of lemon peel on the rim of the glass.
