Brew Hibiscus Tea
Start by brewing hibiscus tea. Use 1 tsp of dried hibiscus flowers steeped in 1 cup of boiling water for about 5-7 minutes. Strain and let it cool.

Prepare Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you mix the drink.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of orange liqueur, 2 oz of cranberry juice, 1 oz of cooled hibiscus tea, and 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of orange bitters to the shaker.

Shake Well
Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is chilled.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of orange wheel and, if desired, a hibiscus flower for an elegant touch.
