OLD FASHIONED

Place the bottle of Dr. Loosen 'Dr. L' Riesling in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving. The ideal serving temperature for Riesling is around 45-50°F (7-10°C).

Chill the Wine

Select wine glasses suitable for serving Riesling. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator or freezer for about 10-15 minutes before serving.

Prepare Serving Glasses

Take the chilled glasses and fill each with a few ice cubes if desired. This will keep the wine cool longer.

Prepare the Glass

Open the bottle of Dr. Loosen 'Dr. L' Riesling and pour about 5 oz (150 ml) into each glass, allowing space for additional ingredients.

Pour the Wine

Add 1/4 cup (60 ml) of chilled water to each glass, then garnish with a slice of lemon and a few mint leaves for added freshness.
