Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steak

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the ribeye steaks. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F or 232°C). You want it to be very hot to sear the steaks properly.

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Once the grill is hot, place the ribeye steaks on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side without moving them to get a good sear. Flip the steaks and add the fresh rosemary on top. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus. Cut the bell peppers into strips and slice the zucchini into rounds.

  2. 6

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, combine the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill after removing the steaks. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.
