Muddle the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the cane sugar and spruce tips. Muddle them together until the sugar is dissolved and the spruce tips release their flavors.

Add Liquids

Pour in the gin and fresh lemon juice into the shaker. Add the dashes of cherry bark vanilla bitters.

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds until the mixture is chilled.

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.

Top with Seltzer

Gently top the drink with seltzer water. Stir lightly to combine.
