Method
Strawberry Semifreddo

Prepare the Strawberries
Puree 400g of fresh strawberries with 100g of sugar in a blender until smooth. Set aside.

Make the Cream Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk 4 egg yolks with 100g of sugar until pale and creamy. Stir in the strawberry puree and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip 250ml of heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Combine and Freeze
Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until well combined. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Olive Oil Cake

Preheat and Prepare
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake tin.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, combine 200g of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of salt.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before removing from the tin.
Strawberry Coulis

Prepare the Coulis
In a saucepan, combine 250g of fresh strawberries, 50g of sugar, and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.

Blend and Strain
Blend the mixture until smooth, then strain through a fine sieve to remove seeds. Allow cooling before use.
Vanilla Meringue

Add Sugar
Gradually add 200g of sugar while continuing to whip until glossy and stiff peaks form. Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Pipe and Bake
Pipe the meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in desired shapes. Bake at 100°C (210°F) for 1.5 hours or until dry.
Chocolate Pearls

Melt the Chocolate
Melt 100g of dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

Form Pearls
Drop small dollops of melted chocolate onto parchment paper and let cool until set.
