In a teapot, brew the bonfire tea by boiling water and steeping the tea leaves for about 5-7 minutes. Once brewed, let it cool to room temperature.

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and the panela sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.

In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups of Dodon vineyard's grape juice, 1 cup of cooled bonfire tea, and the cooled panela sugar mixture. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

Combine Ingredients

Just before serving, slowly pour in 3 cups of sparkling mineral water into the pitcher. Stir gently to combine while retaining the fizziness.
